For ex. If I want to add image12 or untitled in this article then definitely I will change these name with those words which describe the content called Keywords so I will change to image SEO.jpeg or optimize image.jpeg.

Use Alt Attribute In Links & Images:-

If by any compatibility reason your browser unable to show Image then the text within alt tag will display. Hence whenever you upload any image to internet always use alt attribute with src tag to describe more about the Image to Search engines. ex.

Simply add alt="IMAGE DESCRIPTION HERE" attribute just after src as clearly shown in figure.In a similar way you can also add alt attribute in anchor tag <a> also.
