Go to Bing Webmaster here and sign in using Window LiveID. Once you login there is an button in bottom of page "Add a Site" click this button.
3.You will see the following page copy the meta tag.
4.Now Go to your Blogger Dashboard.
5.And go to Design / Edit HTML.
6.Click on "Expand Widget Templates".
7.Before making nay changes in HTML code download the full template.
8.Now paste this code just below the section.
9.Save your Template.
10.Go to Bing Webmater Page and click "Verify" which can be seen in "step 3".
For Submitting a Sitemap:-
2.Click "Add Feed".
3.Paste this text in second box feeds/posts/default?orderby=updated.
Enjoy!! friends your blog has been submitted to Bing but it may take several month if your blog is new on the Internet.

ReplyDeleteWhile doing this process it shows a msg of timed out . The msg is:-
"If you were adding a site or sitemap, we timed out trying to talk to your site. Please make sure the web page is up and visible on the web. If not, this may be a momentary issue; try again, or check back later."
Tell me What to do for that???

another easiest way to submit a sitemap to bing is

change "blogname.blogspot.com" to your blog adress and and paste this url in your browser.

Hi I have the exact same problem as Anugrah above. I used your "ping url" method above and got "Thanks for submitting your sitemap.", but the bing webmaster tool still shows no sitemap, and still times out. Froom googling aronud, seems like this is quite a common problem with Bing.
